As we make our way up the mountain, you’ll feel the cooler air and notice the shifting landscape. Along the route, coffee fields, fern and flower nurseries, and strawberry farms paint the scenery with vibrant colors and picturesque views.
At La Paz Waterfall Gardens, we’ll explore scenic walking paths set within a rich tropical rainforest. You’ll admire rushing white-water rivers, breathtaking waterfalls, and diverse wildlife including birds, butterflies, monkeys, and hummingbirds. The park also features informative wildlife exhibits such as the Aviary, Butterfly Observatory, Hummingbird Garden, Serpentarium, Jungle Cats Exhibit, and Frog Exhibit—making it an unforgettable experience for nature enthusiasts of every age.
Following the adventure, we’ll savor a delicious buffet lunch—recognized with a 4 Fork rating by the Costa Rican Tourism Council—offering a wide variety of traditional Costa Rican cuisine and many other flavorful options.
